Using the free tools

BiznTools offers calculators, local document tools and explanatory content for general informational and planning use. You are responsible for choosing appropriate inputs and considering the limitations shown with each tool.

The tools do not provide personalized financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Results depend on your inputs and simplified model assumptions. They should not be the sole basis for a material decision.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to make calculations transparent and testable, but mistakes and interruptions can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or future business outcomes. If an answer seems wrong, check it independently before relying on it.

Tools and explanations may change as corrections are made. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Reasonable use

Do not disrupt the site, bypass security controls or harm others. There is currently no public API, embedding product or paid service. Any future service would need its own applicable terms.

Copying or printing a result does not change its assumptions or turn it into professional advice. Keep the calculation context with any summary you use.
