Analytics is available only with your consent. No Google Analytics tag loads until you accept. Declining leaves every tool usable; you can revisit Analytics preferences in the footer.

Allowed events describe navigation, tool starts, valid task completions, fixed workflow steps and export actions across all tools on our website. Financial inputs, results, text, search terms, files and filenames are excluded. We do not use session replay or record form contents. We provide known page URLs without query strings or fragments and use only known internal pages or a fixed list of external source hostnames for attribution; queries, fragments and other referring addresses are excluded. Advertising personalization, Google Signals and automatic form, search and download collection are not enabled. A download event means an artifact was prepared or handed to your browser, not that a file was saved successfully. Completions describe a valid tool result, not payment, approval or a verified business outcome.

After acceptance, Google receives ordinary connection and technical information with analytics requests and may set analytics cookies. Google Analytics event-data retention is configured for 14 months; user-data retention remains two months, without resetting that period on new activity. When you make a choice, the site stores that choice, a scope, format version and expiry in local browser storage for up to 180 days. If storage is blocked, the choice applies to the current page session. Declining stops future collection and attempts to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already sent.

PDF page images

PDF to JPG converts PDF pages locally in browser memory, with no upload or saved document history. The page downloads processing code and standard rendering resources from this site. PDF contents, names and generated images are not included in those requests. Clear or close the tab to release files; downloaded images and ZIPs remain where you save them. This is not redaction or secure erasure.

JPG and PNG images

JPG to PDF prepares images and creates PDF files locally in browser memory, without uploading names or content. It does not save a document history. Source image metadata is removed; visible content remains. Clear all images releases the workspace. Downloaded files are retained wherever you save them. This is not redaction or secure erasure.

PDF files and local merging

Merge PDF reads selected PDFs in this browser and produces a local download. It does not upload files, transmit filenames or contents to analytics, or save a document history. Clear all files releases the current workspace; refreshing clears it too. Browser session restoration may preserve a page, so use Clear on a shared device. Keep your original files and review the downloaded document before sharing.

The merger copies selected static page content, but not bookmarks, attachments, interactive links, document-level metadata or accessibility tags. Forms, signatures, encrypted files, annotations and document actions need another workflow. Merging does not redact hidden page content or certify a document.

PDF files and local splitting

Split PDF reads one supported static PDF in your browser. It previews the source and planned page groups, then creates PDF or ZIP downloads locally. It does not upload file contents or names, send selections to analytics, or save a document history. Clear or close the workspace to release files from the tab; downloaded files remain where you save them.

Splitting copies page content, but does not promise interactive links, bookmarks, attachments, metadata or accessibility tags in the output. Password-protected, signed, fillable, annotated and active PDFs are unsupported. Splitting is not redaction or secure erasure; inspect outputs before sharing.

PDF files and local organizing

Organize PDF reads one supported static PDF in this browser and creates one corrected PDF locally. It does not upload the file, its name or your page order, or save a document history. Optional usage analytics excludes your files and page order. Clear or close the workspace to release the working copy; downloaded files remain where you save them.

Copied pages can retain hidden content. Interactive links and document-level structures are not promised in the output. Organizing a PDF is not redaction or secure erasure; inspect the final file before sharing.

Salary conversion and comparison

Salary Calculator processes gross pay and schedules in this tab, without sending those entries to the server. It does not store salary history. Clear amounts & schedule resets the current entries; a refresh clears them, although browser history or session restoration may preserve a page. Copy and Print retain the assumptions with the numbers and use your browser’s local features.

Finance and inventory calculator inputs and results

The finance and inventory calculators process your figures in your browser. They do not send financial inputs or results to the server or analytics, put them in page URLs, or save a calculation history in browser storage.

The finance and inventory calculators have no user accounts, payments or saved scenarios. Current results are held in page memory. Reset clears the tool’s current inputs and results, but your browser may preserve a page when you navigate away or restore a session; do not treat closing a tab as secure erasure.

JSON and CSV data

JSON to CSV Converter reads pasted JSON or one selected local file in a local-processing browser workspace. Conversion and CSV downloads happen on your device. Source text, field names, filenames and error excerpts are not sent to the server, analytics or page URLs. There is no saved input history or automatic upload.

Clear releases the working source and result; replacement cancels unfinished conversion and invalidates the earlier export. Downloads and anything you copy remain at the destination you choose. A browser may preserve a page through history or session restoration; clearing a workspace is not secure erasure.

Resized images

Image Resizer reads and processes the selected image locally, without uploads or automatic saving. The output preview and download are generated on your device. Reset clears the current workspace; downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Browser session restoration is not secure erasure.

Invoice drafts and business details

Invoice Generator creates PDFs in your browser and uses optional usage analytics that excludes your entries. A selected logo is prepared locally; the application does not upload your logo, invoice details or PDF.

Saving is off until you choose it. Save this draft retains the current invoice and logo in this browser for this site address. Remember my business details retains your seller details and logo for new invoices. Turn either option off to remove its saved copy; your current editing remains available. Starting over replaces the saved draft and keeps business details only if remembering is enabled.

Browser data is not encrypted by this application or synced across devices. Other users of the same browser profile may see it. Private browsing, clearing site data or browser limits can remove it. Keep downloaded invoices in your own records; local recovery is not an accounting archive.

Work orders

Work Order Generator keeps requested work, customer or department details, assignment, entered costs and completion records in this browser tab. PDF and CSV downloads are created locally. It does not upload or automatically save the work order.

Download before refreshing or closing the tab. Entered status, dates and names are records supplied by you; the tool does not verify approval or provide an electronic signature. Your downloaded file remains wherever you save it.

Quotes and private price checks

Quote Generator keeps client details, scope, line prices and optional internal cost in this browser tab. It creates the client PDF locally after you request it and does not send your entries to analytics. It does not upload or auto-save quote details, a document or editable quote history.

The optional internal cost and estimated margin stay in the editor and are excluded from the downloaded client PDF. Refreshing or closing the tab may lose an unfinished quote, although your browser may restore a page. Download the PDF for your records and avoid entering client details on a shared device.

Time cards and schedules

Time Card processes times, names, notes and optional pay in your browser, without uploading that content. PDF and CSV reports are generated locally.

Save this card on this device is optional. It stores one current card. Save as schedule separately stores one reusable shift and pay pattern without names, notes or calendar dates. New period replaces the current card; applying a schedule is a separate action. Turn current-card saving off to remove that stored card, or choose Clear saved data to remove the card and schedule while keeping the open editor.

Local records are not encrypted by the application, synced across devices or guaranteed to persist. Other users of the same browser profile may read them. Download records you need to retain.

When you copy or print

Copy summary writes the displayed summary to your clipboard only when you choose it. Your device or clipboard software may retain or sync copied text under its own settings. Choose where you paste it with care.

Print summary uses the browser’s print dialog, including Save as PDF where available. The application does not upload the result to create a document. Your chosen printer, saved file or destination has its own handling and retention. Copying and printing do not add financial values to our page URLs or calculation storage.

Hosting and correspondence

Loading a website sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and requested URL, to its hosting infrastructure. Hosting, security and protected-preview access tools may process technical request data and retain operational logs. The calculator application does not add your financial inputs to those requests.

If you later email the support address shown on Contact, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process what you send. Use invented example figures and avoid confidential business or customer records. No contact form or document submission is provided here.
